Life happens! Things just fall in our way that are beyond our control. Our attitude and response to those circumstances are crucial to our health. All too often Satan, YOUR ADVERSARY, gets too much credit for negative things that happen. Quotes like, “The devil made me do it”.
Something YOU should know, Satan is like a roaring lion seeking whomever he may devour. He came to kill, steal, and destroy. The scripture warns us about what he came to do and what he is capable of doing. The scripture also advises YOU that “Everyone who wants to live a godly life (in union) with Christ Jesus, WILL be persecuted.”
The world is against you, it opposes you, and life just happens. Be encouraged! The Lord is favorable toward you and will fight your battles. If God be for you, and he is, who can STAND against YOU? Trust in the Lord with all your heart. He has OVERCOME the world and the adversary is defeated.
